Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or accessing any page on the wmdoll website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms apply to all purchases, account registrations, and communications with wmdoll. If you do not accept any part of these terms, do not proceed with a purchase.

Use of the Website

The wmdoll website and its contents are provided for lawful personal use only. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any product listings, images, or descriptions without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

wmdoll is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the purchase price paid.

Product representations are accurate to the best of our ability, but minor variations in color and texture may occur between product photos and finished units due to display settings and hand-finishing.

Intellectual Property

All images, product designs, sculpt files, and written content published by wmdoll are the exclusive property of wmdoll. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation at no charge. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellation fees of up to 30% of the order value apply.

Custom orders — including non-standard head sculpts or body configurations — are non-refundable once production has started, regardless of the time elapsed since payment.

Third-Party Services

wmdoll uses third-party payment processors and shipping carriers. These providers operate under their own terms of service. wmdoll is not responsible for delays or errors caused by these external parties.

Security

All transactions on the wmdoll website are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways. wmdoll does not store full card numbers on its servers at any time.

Your Rights

You have the right to request order status updates, production photos prior to shipping, and post-delivery support. These rights apply to all standard wmdoll purchases made through the official website.

Changes to These Terms
